Returns, Refunds & Right Of Withdrawal
1. Your Right Of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from Moda Bagua through a distance contract, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.
Where products from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is calculated in accordance with applicable consumer law.

You do not need to create a Moda Bagua account to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Your request should include sufficient information to identify the order, such as:
Your name
Order number
Product concerned
Contact information
3. Online Withdrawal Function
For eligible orders concluded through our online interface, Moda Bagua provides an accessible online withdrawal function.
The function enables you to submit your decision to withdraw electronically.
After the online withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive electronic confirmation that your request has been received.
4. Returning The Product
After informing Moda Bagua of your decision to withdraw, the goods should be returned without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal.
Please follow the return instructions provided by Moda Bagua before sending the parcel.
This allows us to arrange the return correctly and provide the appropriate shipping instructions.
5. Free Returns
Moda Bagua covers the return shipping cost for returns accepted under this policy.
This includes accepted returns relating to:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or fit
Exchange requests
Incorrect products
Damaged products
Defective products
Products that do not conform to the order
Please contact Moda Bagua or initiate the return through the available return function before shipping the product.

7. Trying On Footwear
You may inspect and try on footwear to determine its:
Size
Fit
Nature
Characteristics
We strongly recommend trying footwear indoors on a clean surface.
Please do not wear footwear outdoors if you may wish to return it.
8. Condition Of Returned Products
Customers may handle products only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and suitability.
Where reasonably possible, products should be returned with:
Original packaging
Labels
Accessories
Any components supplied with the product
Opening the packaging or reasonably trying on footwear does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal.
However, you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
9. Size Exchanges
If the size is not suitable, you may request an exchange where the required replacement product is available.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Moda Bagua covers the necessary return shipping cost for accepted size exchanges.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you regarding the available options, which may include a refund.
10. Wrong Product
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact Moda Bagua.
We will arrange the appropriate return or replacement without additional return shipping cost to you.
11. Damaged Or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective or otherwise does not conform to the sales contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Your statutory legal guarantee rights remain fully applicable.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the available remedy may include:
Repair
Replacement
Price reduction
Refund
Moda Bagua covers the necessary return transportation for accepted claims.
12. Refunds
Where a valid withdrawal or return is accepted, Moda Bagua will reimburse the amount due in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.
No refund processing fee is charged by Moda Bagua.
13. Refunds For Cash-On-Delivery Orders
If your original order was paid by cash on delivery, we may ask you to provide appropriate bank account or other payment information so that the refund can be processed.
Please ensure that the information supplied is accurate.
14. Refund Timing
Following a valid withdrawal, reimbursement will be made within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Moda Bagua may withhold the reimbursement until:
The returned goods have been received, or
You provide evidence that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
15. Right Of Withdrawal And Legal Guarantee
The 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory legal guarantee are separate rights.
The right of withdrawal generally allows you to change your mind regarding an eligible distance purchase.
The legal guarantee protects you where goods are defective or do not conform to the sales contract.
The expiry of the withdrawal period does not remove your applicable legal guarantee rights.
16. Statutory Exceptions
Certain types of goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable law expressly provides an exception.
Any statutory exception will be applied only where legally applicable and will not limit other mandatory consumer rights.
